Boy has it been busy. since my last post much has happened. For example, at Christmas time, Chad drove 4 hours to spend a few hours with us and then drive home. That was awesome because our daughter was not here either. Church has continued to go well, although it seems the enemy wants to continue reminding us of things that are wrong, instead of us glorying in what god has made right. I pray that more and more comes to know the importance of following God and not pleasing man.
In January we had the Peacemaker training which turned out to be excellent. Eddie Thompson from BSCNC came to speak at the conference and we are continuing the study on Wednesday nights.
Of course one of the greatest things we learned is that our daughter Christie is pregnant. We are gong to be grandparents. Yes, we already are but we never get to see John. David and Christie came out to visit and Christie stayed an additional week. We are so excited that they are coming to live with us in May. Well, that about catches things up. I end this way because as time goes on and I go back to read these posts, I like to remind myself why I have not kept up like i should. anyway, that's all for now..
