Language and Lights

Funny, the jar is filling up fast. Actually, the boss has cracked down on this, and that makes me happy.

A 10 year old with frequent episodes of Syncope/Fainting. We took her to another facility for more detailed care.

Now, just some pics of my truck. I have added some side lights and they are bright. I like them, but I have more lights to add...

Food and Folly

This dog..Can you tell where his head is at? Look to the right, his head is upside down.

Pics from work. The Temp was in the upper 40's, so we washed the trucks and the bays.

Our first attempt with delivered meals. It was OK, but we are not going to keep doing it.

Coming back through Burnsville, we stopped at Pig and Grits.

And of course another of Bailey, using our brand new pillows.

Mom's visit

Life is getting back to normal some. TC, of course, is having the hardest time missing those kids. Today, Chad brought my mother up to visit and it was really nice. Mom has not been to this house since like 2012 or something like that, so it was good to have her see some of my improvements around the house. Chad help me winterize the camper and he is also working on the Tahoe for me. Good day!!!
This dog is so loving and cute...

The sun going down. It felt so good and after a busy day, I was ready for end of shift...

Saying Goodbye

Bailey is so big sitting up on Mom's lap

Well that day came. We took Christie and her family down to Mom's house on Monday and spent the day. So many mixed emotions.

Chad & Christie (This one got me because it became emotional.)
Me and Christie

.
OK, this was the big one....Mom will be 84 in May and Christie really does not know when she will ever be back, so it stands to be true that this very could be the last time she will ever hug Nanny. This makes me sad, but it mainly pisses me off...

Sam and Christie

TC and Jules...That's good loving

Chad and Christie's kids

T and Jules

Oh mercy...Now this one will for sure be back to America

And now this one. I tried so hard not to fall for this one. Her name is Ondi, or at least that what they call her. To be hones, I don't even know her whole name. Well, she got to me and I miss her already.

If I honestly shared my heart, I would have to say that overall I am sad and disappointed in Christie's decision to move to England. She has changed so much and I don't really even know her anymore. I am hoping that perhaps this visit will re-spark our Father/Daughter relationship. I do need to do my part but this is tough for sure.

Cold & Cute

It was a little cold this morning. It was quiet too. Snapped a few shots before I left for work. It was a tough day and I was very tired when I got home.

However, look at what I came home to. These two just love each other so much. Ondi will just sit there and watch Evie Claire play a game.

TC, even thouigh she did not feel well, fixed cookies with the kids. Look at those faces.

This one has stole my heart. I really didn't want to let that happen, buit it did. See, I had never even met her before. She wanted "Baby Shark" so football was turned off.

On this night, TC had watched the kids and Christie and David had their last date night for w while.

Well, its back to work for my last day in this rotation. Two days I will have off. We will be going back to Mom's house Monday and then Christie and them will fly out Monday nights. Two months have come and gone...
