Indifference

Well, it's been a busy and crazy 2 weeks since my last post. Things got a little indifferent here at the house and we had some tough moments. I do think that most of that is worked out and all is well.

Medic Update

Doing Protocol updates. We are very frustrated that our protocols have changed due to our Medical Director. This was all done before I was promoted, but nit much we can do about it now. 

Sonny and Eddie are partners. They were our Medic and AEMT of the year.

Training

Two QRV's 

Medic 52 sitting at Spruce Pine Fire Department. We have tried rotating trucks at SP and Bakersville fire departments. Not seeing much of a improvement, except for SP. Things are going pretty well, just still trying to get us full staffed.
