The Covid and Me

I was not able to make it until Monday for my test. I started getting sick on Thursday and by that evening I was what I thought full blown. On Friday, my temp has risen 2 degrees so I figured it must be. so, I went to the health dept and was tested by a good friend. Boy, just like a flu test, that is rough. 10 minutes later, I was told I lit up like a Christmas tree. I am Positive! Friday night was really rough, but today I feel a little better. The headache and body aches are the toughest for me. My heart breaks for those who do not make it or ones who have been affected so much worse than me. I am in isolation now until Monday a week, which means we will have to have virtual church this coming Sunday. We will be broadcasting live Sunday at 10 AM to Facebook Live and my YouTube channel. I have much to do, but I am thankful I did not have it too bad.

Quarantine

I went and done it! So, I went in and worked on the ambulance on this past Sunday night. On Monday morning, after a pretty tough night, my partner felt bad and got tested, and it was positive. So, out of abundance of caution and per guidelines, I went into quarantine and will get tested next Monday. It sucks because I can't do all the things I usually do. No medic, no church office time, no chaplain at ACSO, no responded to WFD calls or anything. I so hope I test negative, but so far so good.

2020 Election

We did it! TC and I did our duty and went and voted at the Clifton polling place located in Warrensville at the BROC building. As usual we waited like 5 minutes and then went to town for breakfast. The election did not go the way I wanted, but then again, I was voting for a platform, not a party or person. We will see what this election will shape our future of the USA.
